What a day filled with excitement, pride, and exceptional tennis.
On February 13th, The team’s journey began with a 5:00 a.m. meet-up at school before heading to Austin for an 8:00 a.m. first serve.
Competing across three different sites, the players were spread out—but that didn’t stop the team spirit. Coaches, parents, and teammates traveled from one location to another, cheering each other on and showing unwavering support throughout the day.
Despite the early start and busy schedule, the level of tennis was nothing short of impressive. Each player demonstrated remarkable skill, resilience, and composure, showcasing both mental toughness and physical strength while giving their absolute best on the court.
A special congratulations goes to Andres Taylor, who competed in boys’ singles and advanced all the way to the final match, earning a well-deserved silver trophy. In boys’ doubles, Simon Haselmayer and Bryan Taylor battled their way to the finals as well, proudly securing silver and making the entire team proud.
On the girls’ side, Milena Yovanovich and Estefania Scanlon played outstanding doubles tennis and secured a third-place finish. In mixed doubles, Sabrina Scanlon and David Lopez delivered beautiful rhythm and chemistry on the court, fighting their way to a bronze trophy with an impressive run to the podium.

A special thanks to Coach Canales, Coach Griffin, and all the parents who showed their incredible support throughout the day. And finally, a well-deserved acknowledgment to every player who stepped onto the court and performed some truly amazing tennis.
Next Tournament is Friday the 20th of February, it will be in San Antonio at Northside Tennis Center & Anne Marie Tennis Center. Wishing all our players the best of luck.
