Rattler Aquatics Women’s Team Once Again Captures Gold, Men Place 5th at Region VII-6A Championship Meet

February 3, 2018 – The Reagan Women’s swimming and diving team captured Gold at the Region VII-6A Championship meet by 146.5 points!  The Men’s swimming and diving team placed 5th.  With scores combined, the Reagan Aquatics team won the meet!

Coach Sansavera was awarded Women’s “Coach of the Meet”.  The Reagan Aquatics team produced 4 individual and 3 relay Region Champions, and will be sending the top 2 finishers in each event on to the UIL State Class 6A Swimming and Diving Championships on Friday and Saturday, February 16th and 17th.

  • 200 Yard Medley Relay – Burcham, K. Bartley, Feng, A. Walpole – 1st
  • 200 Yard Freestyle – Rachel Rodriguez – 2nd
  • 200 Yard Individual Medley – Hannah Feng – 1st, Katelyn Bartley – 2nd
  • 100 Yard Butterfly – Hannah Feng – 1st, Alvena Walpole – 2nd
  • 500 Yard Freestyle – Rachel Rodriguez – 1st, Sarah Walpole – 2nd
  • 200 Yard Freestyle Relay – A. Walpole, Hale, M. Bartley, Feng – 1st
  • 100 Yard Backstroke – Shea Burcham – 1st
  • 400 Yard Freestyle Relay – A. Walpole, Hale, Rodriguez, Burcham – 1st
