Proud to the End: Reagan Concludes Season as Regional Runner-Up

October 17, 2025

What a season!

It’s been a long time since Reagan Tennis has made it this far in the team tennis season, and what a remarkable journey it has been. Watching this group compete with heart, grit, and unity has been nothing short of inspiring.

Today’s match against Westwood was no exception. The team fought for every point, every game, and every match. Nearly every line went to deuce, and several matches were decided in nail-biting super tiebreakers. Although Reagan ultimately fell short with a 3–10 loss, the final score doesn’t reflect how fiercely competitive each match was.

The energy on the courts was electric, with the entire Reagan family cheering on the players through every rally and every tiebreaker.

We lost four matches in super tiebreakers, which showed just how close this battle was—and gave us valuable insight into what we need to focus on next. These moments reminded us that small details and mental toughness make all the difference at this level, and that’s exactly where our next growth begins.

A few standout performances came from Jairo Kirk, Rodrigo Montano, Ryan Totorica, and Milena Yovanovich who played with determination and composure under pressure.

As we close this chapter, we look ahead to the individual season—ready to train harder, grow stronger, and come back even better next year.

A heartfelt thank you to our amazing coaches for their constant guidance and belief in the team, and to all the families and supporters who showed up match after match, cheering with unwavering pride and love. This journey wouldn’t have been possible without you.
