Lady Rattlers’ Cami Jordan Commits to Play Soccer for St. Mary’s University

May 17, 2022

Today Lady Rattlers senior midfielder Cami Jordan signed her official letter of commitment to play soccer for St. Mary’s University. Cami is a three-year letterman and 2021-2022 team captain. Cami earned All-District Second Team honors her junior year. She battled back from a 2021 knee injury to get back on the pitch her senior year during the second round of district play. The impact of Cami’s return to play was immediately felt, and she helped lead the Lady Rattlers to the fifth round of the playoffs, ending as Region IV 6A Runners-Up. Cami was named All-District Honorable Mention for her senior season. She has also been named TASCO Academic All-State, THSCA Academic All-State – First Team, and Academic All-District and will graduate summa cum laude.

Here’s what St. Mary’s Head Coach Kevin Driggs has to say about Cami: “I am happy to have Cami join the program. Not only is Cami a good soccer player, she is a fantastic student and teammate, which is a big part of our program. I look forward to Cami’s future at St Mary’s.”

You can keep up with Cami next year @stmuwsoccer. #FangsOut @StMarysRattlers

Congratulations and best wishes to Cami as she pursues her academic and soccer goals and dreams! Go Rattlers! Once a Rattler, always a Rattler!
