Senior Defensive End Hunter Cacciatore signed his National Letter of Intent today with the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton, Texas.

Cacciatore is a three-year letterman who has earned All-District honors twice – both as 2nd Team Defensive Lineman, has been awarded Special Teams Player of the Game honors, and had a feature on Kens 5 News.  He prides himself on having built a career based on grit, growth and loyalty to his team, with lessons learned through every challenge.

“I’m really proud of Hunter – he’s suffered a few setbacks through his career and has continued to persevere,” said Head Football Coach Preston Meyer.  “I’m looking forward to seeing what the future holds for him.  UHMB is getting a good one.”

Cacciatore says he is truly honored to continue playing the game he’s loved for so long at the next level.   “Football has shaped who I am, and I’m ready to take that passion forward,” he said.
