Reagan’s varsity boys wrestling team wins inaugural Maverick Wrestling Invitational. Reagan scored 184 points, McAllen Rowe was second with 134.5 points, and Churchill was third with 126 points. Reagan had 5 champions: Alex Rutnarak @ 113; Joe Huerta @ 120; Yahya Maqavi @ 126; Brandon Huerta @ 152; and Collin Riley @ 285. Reagan also had 4 wrestlers finish third: Caesar Rodriguez @ 106; Michael Adams @ 138; Aiden Sawyer @ 145; and Tyler Brode @ 170. Reagan’s girls team was led by Addison Garcia who finished 2nd in her weight class.
