In the final game of the 6-game road trip, the Rattlers were victorious over Fort Bend Travis, 5-1.
Caleb Crider was so effective finishing game 5, he received the start on the mound for game 6. Crider lasted 5.1 innings, giving up 3 hits with no runs and striking out 5 for the game. Kyle Hoggatt saw action on the mound for the third time of the weekend relieving Crider and completing 1.2 innings surrendering 1 hit and 1 run.
The team struggled in the field with 4 errors, but overcame their fielding with 10 hits in the game. Caden Crofts was red hot at the plate going 3 for 3 and scoring a run while Caleb Cappuccio went 2 for 3 with 2 doubles and 2 RBI, and Ashton Beaird went 2 for 4 with a single and a double. Aidan Coleman, Jackson Crider and Jeter Battles rounded out the hitting with one hit each.
