Varsity and JV sweep the Unicorn Relays

In the final tune up before Districts next week the Varsity and JV boys won the Unicorn Relays in New Braunfels Thursday night. Our mid-distance and distance boys were the stars tonight as they swept the 3200m and 1600m and placed first, second and fifth in the 800m. Way to Strike’em boys!

In Texas Relays news, Gavin Chapa placed 4th out of 15 top ranked milers in the state! Congrats Gavin! In the pole vault, Sam Abati clears 17’0 3/4 to win the silver medal. Congrats Sam! Way to represent RRHS at the highest level.

The 28-6A District meet will be April 3rd-4th. Come on down to Heros Stadium and watch our Rattlers attempt to win their third straight title. Strike’em Rattlers!
