The Varsity Tennis family celebrated the year’s achievements at the end of the year banquet where Coach Daniel highlighted every student athlete’s accomplishment and where the team, friends, and family wished our seniors farewell as they start their collegiate career. With another large graduating class, our varsity family proudly sends eight of our seniors to distinguished colleges with three continuing their tennis careers:
Gavin Fonger – Marion Military College, signed to play tennis

Kathy He – Brown University
Jacqueline Huang – University of Texas at Austin
Neveen Jaafar – University of Texas at San Antonio
Marcella Perry – Nova Southeastern University
Angela Pozos – Our Lady of the Lake University, signed to play tennis
Sarah Stevens – Our Lady of the Lake University, signed to play tennis

A huge shout out to our Head Coach David Daniel, who is completing his 24th year at Reagan and Assistant Coach Matt Garner, who began his career at Reagan this school year. The tremendous gratitude shown that evening towards both coaches, is a testament to their dedication to each student athlete. Thank you for taking such good care of our kids, whether they have been with you for 1, 2, 3 or 4 years!
