According to the Oxford dictionary the definition of speed is “the rate at which someone or something is able to move or operate,” the verb is to “move quickly.”
Perhaps Oxford should also add “See Reagan Runners!”
This past Saturday, several Reagan runners ran unattached in the Texas Distance Festival. The meet was held in Dallas, Texas.
Kanalu Wong ran a personal best 5k in 15:28.49.
Gavin Chapa ran a personal best 5k in 15:16.07.
Rafa Hakim was speedy in his mile race, running it in 4:26.90.
Luke Munoz ran a personal best mile in 4:27.93.
Ethan Doyle ran a personal best mile in 4:42.47.
Kira Dietrich crushed the 5k with a personal best of 18:20.40.
Theone Glosser sped through her mile setting a new personal best of 5:53.90.
These athletes are the definition of speed!
