Senior Cheer Emma Stawicki commits to California State Northridge

April 15, 2026

Today Reagan’s Emma Stawicki signed her National Letter of Intent to cheer for California State University, Northridge (CSUN).

A dedicated member of the Reagan Cheer program and an accomplished All Star Cheer athlete, Emma has balanced both school and competitive cheer throughout her high school career. She was a proud member of Reagan Cheer all four years, serving as an officer her senior year and earning a spot as a varsity cheerleader for three of those years. In 2025, she was also recognized as a UCA All-American Cheerleader, an honor that highlights her exceptional skill, performance, and leadership. Known for her strong work ethic, leadership, and positive energy, she has consistently represented Reagan with pride while continuing to grow as an athlete through her All-Star experience.

Throughout her time at Reagan, Emma helped lead her team to the UCA Nationals stage, where they achieved remarkable finishes in the top 9, top 5, and an outstanding 2nd place this year. She was also a UIL Spirit State finalist all four years and contributed to her team earning the Band Chant Championship last year—further showcasing her commitment to excellence and school spirit.

Emma has played an integral role in building school spirit and supporting the Rattler community at athletic events, performances, and team activities. Her experience in both high school and All-Star Cheer has helped shape her into a disciplined and well-rounded athlete prepared for the demands of collegiate cheer.

Balancing athletics and academics, Emma exemplifies what it means to be a true student-athlete. Her cheer journey has provided opportunities for personal growth, lasting friendships, and meaningful leadership experiences that will carry with her into the next chapter of her career.

“I chose California State University, Northridge because the team felt genuinely close and supportive, and the program’s energy really stood out to me,” Emma shared. “Cheer has always been about family and connection for me, and I’m excited to continue that at the next level. Being part of both Reagan and All-Star Cheer has helped shape who I am as an athlete and prepared me for this opportunity.”

Coaches thank Emma for her dedication, consistency, and commitment to uplifting her teammates while representing her programs with pride.

At CSUN, Emma will compete at the Division I level, supporting and cheering on NCAA Division I athletes while continuing her cheer career and pursuing her academic goals in the medical field.

Congratulations to Emma on this incredible accomplishment — the Reagan community is proud to celebrate this exciting next step in her journey.
