Today signifies an important moment as Aidan Richard commits to Holy Cross University by signing his National Letter of Intent. He is ready to contribute his talent and skills to the Crusader’s Men’s Basketball Team. Notably, Holy Cross stands as a leading institution within the NCAA Division I, notably competing in the Patriot League.
Aidan’s impressive journey includes being a four-year Varsity letterman at Reagan High School. He further honed his basketball skills by participating with Texas Impact on the Under Armour Circuit. As the current captain of the Reagan basketball team, Aidan’s achievements are remarkable, notably becoming the 8th player in Reagan’s history to reach the milestone of scoring 1,000 points during his junior year.
Here is what Reagan’s Head Coach, John Hirst, is saying about Aidan: “We are very excited for Aidan and his family! Aidan has a tremendous supporting family, and they have all been there to help Aidan – but at the end of the day, Aidan has earned his scholarship offer. His work ethic and consistency in pursuing excellence on and off the court are second to none; he is an outstanding student-athlete and an even better person. Holy Cross basketball just got a lot better. ”
