Aidan Coleman was selected from an exclusive group of high school senior baseball players from around the state to play in the THSBCA (Texas High School Baseball Coaches Association) All Star Game on Sunday at 6pm at Dell Diamond in Round Rock, TX. The best 5A/6A senior graduates from North Texas will face off against the best players in South Texas. The 2A/3A/4A game will be played on Saturday, June 17 at 12pm.
Coleman was a 3 year letterman for the Reagan baseball team. For the 2022-2023 season, Coleman pitched 53 innings with 66 strikeouts and 17 walks. He had a record of 3-0 with a 1.31 ERA. Coleman came through at the plate as well. He batted .353 with 30 hits, 20 RBIs, and 2 home runs.
Coleman’s exceptional play on the field has been acknowledged by him being selected 2021-2022 First Team All State Pitcher, 2021-2022 All State Tournament Team, 2022-2023 First Team All District 28-6A, 2022-2023 First Team All Academic, and 2022-2023 Blue Bell Texas Sports Writers Class 6A First Team All State Pitcher.
