Reagan Tennis Take 1st Place in Doubles

Reagan’s varsity tennis team took 1st and 2nd place in boys and girls doubles in the Rattler Quad tournament.  In the boys final, Kyle Totorica and Deuce Daniel beat Jon Totorica and Hunter Alexander 6-1, 6-1.  The girls final was the tightest match played in the event as Emily Higgs and Paulina Razo beat Kara Greenlee and Alissa Ortiz 6-3, 0-6, 10-8.  Gavin Fonger and Livia Washington took 2nd place for Reagan in mixed doubles while Matthew Kim and Melanie Villarreal finished in 3rd place.

In girls singles, Kathy He lost in the finals to take 2nd place while Darshini Mahesh and Carys Owen took 2nd and 3rd place respectively in the singles B draw.

Next up for Reagan is the Boerne Champion Invitational on March 26-27.  Matches will be played at Boerne Champion high school and Boerne high school.
