Reagan started playoffs hot with a 15-0 victory over Steele High School. Kyle Totorica/Deuce Daniel were the first off the court winning 6-0, 6-0 at boys #1 doubles. Jon Totorica/Joseph Snyman weren’t far behind winning 6-0, 6-0 at boys #2 doubles and the mixed doubles team of Matthew Kim/Paulina Razo-Zapata won their match 6-1, 6-0. In girls doubles Kathy He/Jacqueline Huang won their match 6-1, 6-0 at the #1 spot. Emily Higgs/Alissa Ortiz won their match at #2 doubles winning 7-6, 6-3.
In singles action Joseph Snyman played #1 for the boys and won 6-1, 6-1 while Reagan’s only senior, Shaan Desai won his match at boys #3 singles 6-1, 6-2. Kathy He won her match at girls #1 singles 6-0, 6-1 and Emily Higgs was leading 7-6, 4-1 when the match was clinched.
