SAN ANTONIO, TX- The girls began their season at Brackenridge Golf Course at the annual Swing for the Cure Tournament on Friday 10/6 (36 holes) and Saturday 10/7 (18 holes). The girls are aiming for a return trip to the State Tournament in the Spring.
The Rattlers fired a 306-304, respectively, in the first two rounds. On day one, Romina Gonzalez (Sr.) led the team with a 2 round score of 150, quickly followed by a 152 from Megan Sells (Sr.) and Michelle Becker (Jr.). Kinsey Ray (Jr.) rounded out the Rattlers’ starting four with a 156.
The Rattlers finished the final round of the 54-hole tournament with a 314 for a three-round total of 924.
