What an amazing day for Reagan Tennis!
The Rattlers came ready to compete today, dominating across the courts while also showing their fight in several matches that went all the way to tiebreakers.
The day started with doubles — three lines of boys doubles, three lines of girls doubles, and one mixed doubles match.
The boys doubles came out strong and took control from the start.
Line 1: Pablo Alvarez & Nathan Washington dominated with an impressive 6-0, 6-0 win.
Line 2: Ryan Totorica & Rodrigo Montano followed with another strong performance, winning 6-1, 6-1.
Line 3: David Lopez & Finn Thanairongroj completed the boys doubles sweep with another convincing 6-1, 6-1 victory.
On the girls side, Line 2 showcased their skills with a smooth 6-2, 6-1 win by Heidi Wilkinson & Dhanvi Vagal.
Lines 1 and 3 had to dig a little deeper!
Line 1: Iris Wang & Naya Chreitah battled their way into a super tiebreaker and came out with an exciting win.
Line 3: Dana Lee & Estefania Scanlon also fought all the way through a super tiebreaker and pulled off another amazing victory!
In mixed doubles, Hallie Crofts & Jerry Lee put together a beautiful match, winning 6-1, 6-2.
🔥 Reagan walked out of doubles with a perfect 7-0 lead! What an incredible start to the day!
The Rattlers carried that momentum straight into singles, where every player won their match, sealing a 10-0 victory for Reagan!
We are so proud of this team for stepping it up today and showcasing not only their talent, but their determination and fight on the court. Just as impressive was the energy from their teammates on the sidelines — cheering every point, encouraging one another, and pushing each other to keep fighting.
That’s what being a team is all about. 💚🎾
The Rattlers now get a well-deserved week off as they prepare for the start of school, but they’ll be back on the courts August 20th against Brandeis High School.
