Thursday, May 1, 2025 – Kaleb Rogers was dominant on the bump, as the hurler rang up 10 strikeouts in the first game in round one of 27-6A district playoffs with a 5-0 victory over Warren. Rogers allowed two hits and zero runs over seven innings while walking none.
The Rattlers got on the board in the bottom of the first inning after Bodie Weyman singled to the right side of the infield, and Ricky Armstrong grounded out, each scoring one run.
Rattler Leadoff hitter Isaiah Robledo led the team with two hits in four at bats. Caleb Crider, Robledo, Karsten Holman, Armstrong, and Weyman each drove in one run. The Rattlers were sure-handed and didn’t commit a single error. Caine Chapman made the most plays with 11.
The Rattlers will face Warren for game two of the first round of 27-6A district playoffs on Friday, May 2 at Northside at 11am.
