The Rattler Baseball team used their Senior Night to push past the Roosevelt Roughriders 15-3.
The team recognized 9 seniors before the game and then proceeded to smack 15 hits over 4 innings. Andrew Ermis (1 triple, 1 single and 3 runs), Ryland Rangel (1 double, 1 single and 3 RBI) and Caden Crofts (2 singles, 2 runs, 1 stolen base and 1 RBI) had multiple hits for the game.
Ashton Beaird (1 single, 1 run and 1 stolen base), Luke Sasser (1 single and 2 runs), Brennan Greer (1 double, 1 run and 2 RBI), Aidan Coleman (1 single, 2 runs and 2 RBI), Austin Hussey (1 single and 1 run), Brandon Ermis (1 single), Michael Yzaguirre (1 single), Jeter Battles (1 single and 1 run) and Caleb Cappuccio (1 single and 2 RBI) also added hits on the night.
Caleb Rogers started the game and went three innings allowing 0 hits and striking out 7 for the victory, his fifth on the season. Kyle Hoggatt pitched the fourth inning allowing 1 hit and striking out three and Jeter Battles pitched the 5th and final inning allowing 2 hits, 3 runs, 3 ER, 2 walks, while striking out 1.
