The Lady Rattler Basketball team finished 28-8/12-2 for the 2021-2022 season, finishing 2nd in District 28-6A. Several members of the team were honored with Superlatives, First or Second Team, or Honorable Mention honors:

- First Team (unanimous): Kelsie Hawkins
- Second Team: Miranda Noack, Joana Lopez
- Honorable Mention: Reese Stephens, Ava Schroeder
