Lady Rattlers Soccer, in their first round matchup against Steele Thursday night, defeated the Knights 7-1 and are Bi-District champs!!! The Lady Rattlers were up 3-0 at half, with two goals by junior Brooke Castillo and a goal by senior Taylor Jernigan. Taylor Jernigan’s second half hat trick and a goal by junior Jenna Salazar clinched the victory.
The Lady Rattlers are slated to face Austin Vandegrift in the second round Area playoff game Tuesday, March 29 at 7 pm at Lehman High School Stadium in Kyle.
Let’s wear green, pack the stands, get loud, and cheer on the Lady Rattlers to an Area championship Tuesday night! Strike ‘em!!!
