| 10:55 AM | Pre-game preamble: So here we are folks. Last night the Churchill Chargers were in a charitable mood, even as rudely as our boys treated them (27-0) a few weeks ago. The Chargers beat Johnson 17-14. The Jags had a chance getting down to the CC 15 with 30 seconds, but could not convert it to points. |
| 10:57 AM | So....while this is not how Coach Chapman would have drawn it up in the preseason (0-2 start and numerous personnel moves), he finds his young men with their destiny in their own hands playing to secure a district title against a surprising Lee squad. |
| 10:59 AM | Lee started 5-0 this season, only to drop 2 of 3. A loss to Madison and a blow-out at the hands of Mac has them with two district losses, Johnson with 2 and Mac and Reagan each with one. Our win against the Mavs gives us the tie-breaker if we take care of business tonight against a familiar foe, at least on the sidelines. |
