Travis Sthele threw a no-hitter as Reagan defeated Houston Lamar 12-0 in 4 innings for win number 400 for Coach Chans Chapman. Sthele was electric on the mound, striking out 5 hitters to go with 2 walks in his no-hit effort. Porter Brown kicked off the celebration with a bases loaded walk in the bottom of the 4th inning to end the game on the 12 run mercy rule.
The Rattler bats stayed hot as Josh Killeen, Cal Martin, Dalton Brieger, and Max Goswitz each had 2 hits. Reagan Had 11 hits total for the game while racking up 14 hits in the 9-1 win over the Boerne Greyhounds earlier in the day. Reagan finished the day 2-0 and will play two more tomorrow as they face El Paso Franklin @ 3:00 and East Central @ 8:00.
