Caden Crofts Commits To Play Baseball At Utah State Eastern

Caden Crofts signed his National Letter of Intent today to play baseball at Utah State University Eastern in Price, Utah. USUE is an NJCAA Division I junior college in the Scenic West Athletic Conference. Caden will leave in July for a 2-year mission trip for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints to Viña Del Mar, Chile and will enroll at Utah State University Eastern in the fall of 2026.

Caden is a 2-year varsity letterman and plays outfield for the Rattlers. Some Reagan Varsity career stats include: .418 BA, .512 OBP, 45 RBIs, 41 Runs, 27 SB. Caden has been a member of the National Honor Society for 2 years and was recognized as Academic All-District 2022-2023 and 1st Team All-District Outfielder 2022-2023.

Caden played select ball with the San Antonio Lobos for 5 years and the Texas Angels for 1 summer.

When asked to comment on his commitment to USUE, Caden said, “It’s always been a dream of mine to play college baseball, and I’m excited to see where this new chapter takes me.” Reagan Head Baseball Coach, Coach Chapman, made these remarks about Caden, “Caden is having an outstanding year. We are really happy for him, really proud of him, and looking forward to what he is going to do.”
