Reagan Hoops wrapped up the regular season with a perfect 16-0 conference record, earning the title of District Champs and their place in Reagan history as the first team to go undefeated in district play!
The Rattlers clinched the top spot in district with a win over Johnson on February 4, but they still had three games left to complete the district schedule. Knowing that they had the championship secured, it would have been easy for the boys to take their foot off the gas and coast into the playoffs, but the team never let up! As they battled against Churchill, Roosevelt, and Brandeis over the past week, the Rattlers showed the same grit and determination that has carried them through the season, securing solid victories in all three match ups. Congratulations to all the players and coaches!
There is still work to be done though! The team is set to play Clemens High School in a bi-district match up on Monday, February 20 at Pieper High School. Tip off is at 7pm. Let’s pack the house and be loud!!
