Hogan Heller confirmed his commitment to play baseball and continue his academic career at Temple College in Temple, TX.
Heller is a 3-year varsity letterman for the Rattlers, and plays First Base and Catcher for the team. He played select baseball for Lonestar Baseball Club for the last several years, and competed in several of the nation’s most prestigious tournaments. He was Second Team All-District his sophomore year, and Academic All-District in 2020. Heller was identified as being in the top 500 players in the class of 2021 by Perfect Game.
Heller was the NEISD Superstar of the Month earlier this year and maintains a 3.7 GPA.
Head Coach, Chans Chapman said of Heller, “Hogan is a really good player for us. He is a team leader and has a great work ethic. He’s also very good in the classroom.”
