Today, we are proud to celebrate Lady Rattlers senior Sabrina Fernanda Scanlon as she signs to continue her academic and collegiate tennis journey at Our Lady of the Lake University!
From an early foundation of leadership, recognized with the Lopez Leadership Award in middle school, Sabrina carried that same tenacity, discipline, and heart into her high school years.
A four-year letterman, Sabrina has earned All-District Academic recognition all four years while consistently achieving Honor Roll status.
Sabrina helped lead her high school tennis team to four consecutive district championships, contributing to Reagan’s remarkable 13th straight district title, advancing to regionals her senior year and serving as team captain. She also competed as a dual-sport varsity athlete in golf, demonstrating her versatility and commitment.
Sabrina’s work ethic, resilience, and quiet determination have defined her journey, and will continue to carry her forward.
Tennis has been a meaningful part of her life, filled with special memories with family, teammates and her coaches. She has admired players like Danielle Collins, who balance academics and sport at a high level.
She will compete under Head Coach Ross Marzetti at OLLU, a nationally ranked NAIA program competing among the top teams in the country.
Sabrina, your perseverance and heart inspire us. This is only the beginning.
Strike ’em, Reagan… Wings Up, OLLU.
