Caleb Crider signed his commitment to continue his academic and baseball career at Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. The ASU Rams are NCAA Division II and compete in the Lone Star Conference.
Crider is a 2 year Varsity letterman for the Rattlers playing SS, 3B and Pitcher. Among his contributions, he was selected to the 28-6A 2nd Team All District 3B and Academic All District. He was a member of the 2022 State Finalist Team.. He earned two WINS as a sophomore, pitching in the Katy and Austin tournaments for the Rattlers in 2023 & a member of the Area Finalist Team. Crider was a big contributor at 3B and on the mound during their 2024 season run to Regional Semi-Finals.
Caleb played select baseball for Marucci Elite (Central Texas) and previously with the South Texas Sliders. While with Marucci Elite, he pitched and played SS & 3B.
In addition to Baseball, Caleb was selected into the National Honor Society, earned the rank of Eagle Scout and a member of the Fellowship of Christian Athletes.
