Today, Brad Jackson (pictured here with his mother, Leah Jackson, and his cousin, Scott Little) signed his letter of intent to join the Texas State University Bobcat Football program and to continue his academic studies at Texas State University in the Spring of 2024. The Texas State Bobcats football program is part of the Sun Belt Conference (West) in NCAA Division I Football.
Brad joined Reagan Highschool in the Fall of 2023, earning a spot on the Reagan Varsity Football Team as Quarterback. While at Reagan, Brad successfully led his team to an undefeated season, earning the Rattlers the title of 2023 District 28-6A champions.
Brad is a 4-year varsity letterman, having played football at the varsity level all four years of high school. Brad also participated in varsity track his sophomore and junior years, running the 4x100M and 4x200M relays, which qualified to regionals both years.
Other notable accomplishments for Brad include:
- 2020 named “Freshman Newcomer of the Year” by the Houston Chronicle
- Brad earned 1st Team All District for 3 consecutive years
- 9000+ career passing yards
- 100+ career touchdowns
- National Honor Society 2022-2023
- GPA 3.7
