Reagan’s Eric Sierra signed his National Letter of Intent on April 2nd to attend the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs and be part of the Mountain Lions Track & Field Team as a multi-event student-athlete. Today, Eric celebrates that commitment with his family, coaches, friends, and Reagan teammates.
Eric is a three-year track and field varsity letter recipient at Ronald Reagan High School. In 2017, he was a Regional qualifier in three events including the 4x100m, 4x200m, and 4×400. In 2018, Eric became an Area qualifier in the 4x400m. And this year, 2019, Eric has set a new meet record at San Angelo Relays in the 300m Hurdles with a time of 38.24 and is an Area qualifier.
Reagan Head Boys Track & Field Coach Baskin, commented, “I am extremely proud of Eric and what he has accomplished in his track career thus far. What a great opportunity and experience ahead of him!”
