The Reagan Tennis Team is getting an early start to the season in Waco! The top 8 girls and top 8 boys packed their gear and headed out to compete against some of the top tennis programs in Texas.
The day started bright and early at 8 AM with Reagan taking on Allen High School. The competition was tough, the Texas heat kept rising, and our Rattlers pushed hard through every match. After a close battle, Reagan fell just short with a final score of 8–10.
With only a short break to rest and recharge, the team was right back on the courts for their second matchup of the day against Southlake Carroll High School. Our Rattlers put on a show and fought hard until the very end, but once again came up just short, finishing 8–10.
Although the wins didn’t fall our way today, we couldn’t be prouder of the effort, determination, and fight this team showed—especially through a long, incredibly hot day of tennis. 💪🎾
Next up, we’re back home in San Antonio this Friday to take on Seven Lakes High School from the Houston area!
